This is not your regular beginner yoga course.

It is an in-depth approach to cultivating a relationship with your body that will ripple into every other aspect of life. Designed for both beginners and long term practitioners who wish to experience their potential in action.

In a nutshell - we are using the basic alignment of a pose and unpacking how to efficiently direct energy and breath. Our aim is the unification of soft and strong, resulting in a connective pool of power and grace.

This approach has been inspired by various lineages and study, including the practices of Iyengar, Anusara and Ashtanga and informed with principles of traditional body weight training, calisthenics and pilates. They are not codified to one school, but have organically evolved through years of personal practice.

I sincerely hope this guide provides inspiration towards an embodied inner experience.
